Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Some are needed for the website to work, such as keeping paintings in your basket. Others help us understand how the website is used. This policy explains the cookies our website uses and how you can control them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information more generally.
These make the basket, checkout, your account and the wishlist work. The website cannot work properly without them.

We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see how many people visit the website, which pages they look at and how they found us. Our shop also notes how you found us, so we can see which sources lead to sales. This helps us improve the website. The information is gathered in a way that does not tell us who you are. We only set these cookies if you agree to them in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

The maps on our Contact and Exhibitions pages are provided by Google Maps. They only load if you agree to them, because Google may set its own cookies when they do. Links to Instagram and WhatsApp take you to those services, which have their own cookie policies.
When you first arrive, the website also notes in your browser whether you came from a search engine or another website. This is kept only until you close the tab, and is included with any enquiry you send so we know how you found us.
You can change your choices at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, the basket, checkout and account will not work. You can stop Google Analytics on every website by installing Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
