Born 1873, in Dijon; died 1954.

Painter. Landscapes, popular scenes.
Bonnotte trained with Dameron at the École des Beaux-Arts in Dijon and with Bonnat and Gleize in Paris. He began exhibiting at the Paris Salon in 1900, received an honourable mention in 1902, and was made a member in 1914.

His landscapes are painted with small touches of pure colour, in a technique similar to that of the Divisionists.
